William D. Burns - "Bill"

Bill has been helping seniors, retirees and soon-to-be retirees create, implement and enjoy their financial plans for the past 30 years. Over the course of his career he has had the honor of working with three different generations of some of our clients’ families: from the grandparents, to their children, to the children’s children.
Bill earned a Bachelor's of Science in 1977 and a Master's of Science in Administration in 1978, both from Troy University, while simultaneously serving a six year tour in the United States Air Force. Bill is a licensed insurance agent and a Series 66 Investment Advisor Representative.
Bill has lived on the Emerald Coast for the past 40+ years during which time he has served several local civic organizations including officer positions in the Northwest Florida Planned Giving Council and the Florida Association of Life Underwriters, past Secretary and past President of the Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Okaloosa County, past Vice-President of Region 1 Jaycees, and a member of the All-Sports Association of Northwest Florida. Bill has also been a member of the Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce for over 25 years.
Bill has three beautiful and talented daughters: Virginia, McKenzie and Julianna, and a precious granddaughter named Ellie. In his spare time, Bill enjoys working on projects in his garage, fishing and spending time with family.
Nicole F. Kieszek
Office Manager / Administrative Assistant / Insurance Agent
Nicole graduated from The University of West Florida in December 2007 with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Humanities. Nicole initially came to work for Financial & Insurance Services in February 2008 as an office administrative assistant. Over the past decade she has achieved a broad understanding of insurance and investment products as well as Medicaid qualification and application processes. Today, Nicole splits her time between serving as the administrative assistant for William D. Burns and as the office manager of Financial & Insurance Services overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Nicole has a natural talent for making clients, both existing and newly met, feel comfortable and appreciated.
Nicole was born in Frankfurt, Germany while both of her parents were stationed at Haun Air Force Base, but has lived in Fort Walton Beach, FL for most of her life. She and her husband, Wes, share their home with their three “feline children,” Lola, Molly, and Charlotte. In her spare time she enjoys quilting, spending time with family, and spoiling her cats.
Office "Security" / Therapy Dog / Lunch Moocher
Cur-Dog is the newest member of the Financial & Insurance Services team. He splits his time between greeting everyone who walks through the front door, alternating between his ever growing collection of bones, patrolling the back courtyard for squirrels and lizards, and volunteering to eat any and all food in his line of sight.
